Because Heart Bridge offers digital products, all sales are considered final once the guide has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital content. However, if you encounter technical problems preventing access, please reach out within 3 days of purchase. We will review each case individually and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
